Dr. Thalia Segal is a leading San Francisco Bay Area fertility specialist, double board-certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, and Obstetrics and Gynecology. With over a decade of experience, she’s helped thousands of families grow through personalized care that includes IVF, egg and embryo freezing, genetic testing, PCOS treatment, and LGBTQ+ family building.
She founded Collab Fertility to bring high-quality, patient-centered fertility care to the East Bay. She’s on staff at John Muir and actively collaborates with the Walnut Creek Wellness Alliance to support whole-person health.
Previously, Dr. Segal was an Assistant Professor at UCSF’s Center for Reproductive Health, where she treated complex infertility cases and led education efforts. A passionate advocate for reproductive health, she’s published on the impact of environmental toxins on fertility and served as Chair of the Environment and Reproduction SIG at ASRM. She’s also a member of the SREI Resident Education Committee.
Originally from New Jersey, Dr. Segal now calls the Bay Area home, where she enjoys exploring local trails and beaches with her husband and three boys.
